For obstetrical patient with no insurance, we offer payment plan for obstetrical care and
payment is due in full at your 7th month visit.
We accept the following methods of payment: Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMX

INSURANCE AND BILLING

GWHC participate in most managed care plans. If you do not see your insurance plan here,
please call the billing department for the latest update 706-860-3681 ext. 102.

We appreciate that the financial aspect of medical care can be overwhelming. We expect payment (co-pay and/or deductible if applicable) at the time of services. The billing department is available Monday thru Friday to answer questions regarding your account and to help coordinate your care.

For your pregnancy, we bill your insurance company “globally”. Meaning, we bill for your prenatal visits, delivery and post-partum visit at the time of your delivery. Ancillary charges, such as laboratory tests, procedures, sonograms, and NST are billed to your insurance company at the time services are rendered. Click here to view our OB welcome note.
